Safety Notice for International Students of LZPU

为了维护学校优异的学习秩序，掩护留学生的人身清静，包管留学生能够顺遂完成学业，凭证中国相关执法、、、规则及学校的有关划定，国际教育学院特制订本清静见告书。

This is to stipulate the Notice by School of International Education hereinafter as per the laws and rules of the People’s Republic of China, and the rules of Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College, in order to keep good order at the college, protect the international students’ personal safety and ensure they can accomplish their schooling smoothly.  

一、、、遵守中国的执法、、、规则及学校的规章制度，尊重中国的社会公德和民俗习惯。严禁卖淫、、、嫖娼、、、吸毒、、、贩毒等违法犯罪活动。

International Students studying at LZPU should abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and LZPU, and respect the social customs of the Chinese people.Prostitution, whoring, drug taking and trafficking and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

  二、、、必需凭证柳州公安局收支境治理处的有关划定办理居留允许及变换、、、延期手续。

Residence permit, its change, extension and other formalities must be settled timely in accordance with relevant provisions of Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau.

三、、、交通清静：严酷遵守交通规章制度。榨取酒后骑车或开车,榨取在校园内驾驶摩托车、、、燃油动力摩托车和电动自行车。骑车时榨取携带他人。榨取超速行驶。榨取无证驾驶。

Traffic safety: Comply strictly with traffic rules and regulations. No drunk biking or driving is allowed. No driving of motorcycle, fuel-powered moped and electrical bike is allowed on campus. No carrying of others while biking. No speeding. Driving without a license is prohibited

四、、、防火：学校宿舍内严禁使用大功率电器；不得将危险品带入宿舍及存放；未经允许，不得随意延伸和毗连电线；严禁使用木炭、、、煤炭和瓶装气体。强烈建议住在校外的学生清静使用电和煤气。不得在禁放区、、、校园、、、宿舍内燃放烟火炮竹。

Prevention from fire: In school dormitories, use of high power electrical appliances is strictly prohibited; no hazardous articles are to be taken into the dormitories and stored; electric wires shall not be extended and connected arbitrarily without permission; using charcoal, coal and bottle gas is strictly prohibited. Students dwelling off campus are strongly advised to use the electricity and gas safely. Discharging fireworks near dormitory buildings or in campus is strictly prohibited.

五、、、防盗和人身清静防护：出门时要锁好门窗。外出购物或乘坐公共交通工具时，妥善保管证件、、、款子和珍贵物品。未经允许，不得在夜间让他人住宿。坚持清静距离，清静第一；尽可能不但独外出或购物；远离那些让你担心的人。晚上11：30以后不要外出。

Protection against theft and life threat: Secure doors and windows when getting out. Properly keep credentials, money and valuables safe when shopping outside or taking a public transport. No take-in of others for the night is allowed without permission. Always think safety first by maintaining a safe distance; Go outside or go shopping not alone but accompanied whenever possible; stay away if someone makes your uneasy. Do not go outside after 11:30 pm at night.

六、、、榨取酗酒：榨取在宿舍内酗酒或深夜外出饮酒。

No alcohols: Do not have excessive drinking in dormitory or go out for drinking late at night.

七、、、吸烟限制：严禁在课堂、、、餐厅、、、电梯等公共场合吸烟。

Smoking control: Smoking at public places like classroom, dining hall and elevator is strictly prohibited.

八、、、饮食卫生：不要从没有卫生允许证的摊位购置饮料和食物。自己做饭时，请将食物洗濯清洁并充分煮熟。

Dietary hygiene: Do not buy beverage and food from a stand that does not have a hygienic license. Have food washed clean and adequately cooked when cooking by yourself.

九、、、预防流感等熏染病：如泛起伤风、、、发热等症状，请连忙到医院治疗，并通知班主任。

Prevention of infectious diseases like flu: Please go to a hospital for treatment and inform the teacher responsible for your class as soon as symptoms like cold and fever appear.

十、、、自然灾难防护：遇雷击、、、暴雨等灾难性天气时，注重自身防护步伐，确保人身清静。

Protection against natural disasters: Pay attention to self protection measures and ensure personal safety in case of disastrous weather like lightning stroke and rainstorm.

十一、、、不得在任何河流或湖泊游泳或玩水，不要在自然情形危险的地方嬉戏。

Neither swimming nor playing water in any river or lake. Do not tour around a place in threatening natural conditions.

十二、、、阻止诈骗：对虚伪信息做出准确判断，并对转账坚持审慎。若是有人自称是你的先生、、、同砚或朋侪向你乞贷，记得打电话联系核实，以防受骗。

Avoidance of fraud: Make good judgment on false information and keep cautious about money transfer. If someone claiming himself as your teacher, classmate or friend asks you to lend money, remember to contact themselves for verification by phone in case of being cheated.

十三、、、预防心理疾病：树立心理康健意识，增强心理顺应能力，遇到心理困扰时实时到医院或心理咨询室追求资助。

Prevention of psychological diseases: Build up a mental health consciousness, enhance psychological adjust-ability and adaptability, and go timely to a hospital or psychological consultation office for help in the event of psychological perplexity.

十四、、、阻止纠纷：让你的宿舍成为一个清静恬静的地方。不要高声语言；不要以大音量播放音响装备。在与他人爆发冲突时坚持自我控制，请有关治理职员调解解决争议，不要自作主张。

Avoidance of disputes: Help make your dormitory a quiet and comfortable place. Do not speak loudly. Do not play sound equipments in high volume. Retain self control when coming into conflict with others. Ask relevant managerial personnel to mediate and settle the dispute instead of having it your own way.

十五、、、 去银行兑换钱币，不要和私人市肆或个人兑换钱币。与未经授权的市肆兑换钱币是违法行为。

Do go to a bank for currency exchange; do not exchange currency with a private store or an individual. Currency exchange with an unauthorized store is an unlawful act.

十六、、、乘坐出租车时，请选择正规公司的出租车，并索取收条。

To take a taxi, do choose one affiliated to an accredited taxi firm and ask for a receipt.

十七、、、如遇紧迫情形，请坚持镇静，同时联系公安部分及事情职员。

In case of emergency, please remain self-possessed while contacting departments of public security as well as the staff.

十八：严禁从事家教、、、向导机构西席及其他有偿性事情。

 It is strictly prohibited to engage in tutoring, teaching and other paid work.

十九、、、不在校内举行布道及宗教聚会等活动。

Missionary activities and religious gatherings are not carried out in schools.
